Engineering Backed by Field Performance

HDPE Pipe

SN12.5 is the ring stiffness classification for heavy-duty drainage pipe. The SN number represents the pipe’s resistance to external load: at SN12.5, the pipe is designed to handle deep burial and vehicular-load conditions that standard drainage products are not rated for. HDPE also absorbs water at less than 0.01% by mass, which means the pipe resists internal degradation even under constant water contact. Because the material does not rust, corrode, or rot, service life in buried applications extends well beyond what galvanized metal or untreated concrete alternatives typically deliver.

BRC Mesh

BRC-standard welded mesh uses electric resistance welding at every grid intersection, which creates a mechanically bonded joint rather than a manually twisted one. In concrete reinforcement, that joint integrity translates to consistent load distribution across the slab or foundation. Smooth wire at 5 gauge provides the wire diameter needed for structural applications while remaining easier to position than ribbed wire. Flush-trimmed edges eliminate the protruding wire overhang that creates site hazards and disrupts pour alignment.

Galvanized Wire

Q235 is a low-carbon structural steel grade with a yield strength of at least 235 MPa, a tensile strength typically in the 375 to 500 MPa range, and elongation of at least 20%, which means the wire stretches predictably under tension rather than snapping. Hot-dip galvanizing bonds a zinc coating to the wire that acts as a sacrificial barrier: the zinc oxidizes before the steel does, so the wire core stays intact even when exposed to moisture, concrete alkalinity, and outdoor conditions. At 17 gauge, the wire is thick enough to hold rebar ties under concrete pour pressure while still being light enough for fast hand tying.
